Timeshare Solutions - Scam!

Thanks to your complaint website and, I was 'only ' out my $99 that I paid over a year ago.

The 'very nice' salesperson Jim Bradey who later on told me to eat yourself bitch, comment after I told him that I was not interested. The offer was to sell my timehare to Sprint and for me to pay half of the closing costs of $800.

Timeshare Solutions - Bob Downey & Bill Elis SCAMMERS AND LIARS

I was contacted by Michael Hunt of 'Timeshare Solutions' by phone to advertise my timeshare for sale. I payed $99.00 on July 27 07 to list my property for $7000. On Sep 1,08 , I was contacted by Bill Elis of Timeshare Solutions. He stated he had sold my timeshare to CIBA GEIGY in a group purchase for $8400.00. He said that they would pay half the closing costs of $1,400 and I would need to pay $700.00 ,my half to get the deal sealed.

Vacation Properties Services - Ripped Off

I received a call from Jessica Sawyer at Vacation Properties Services telling me they had a seller for my time share.

I sent $700.00 and immediately felt nervous about it. I called back and said I had changed my mind and I did not want it processed. Of course, none will answer their phone or tell me exactly what needs to go in the certified letter so I can get my refund. Due to "security reasons", they would not even confirm the address I did have to send the letter.

Velas Vallarta - Puerto Vallarta timeshare scam

I fell for the 90 minute presentation and believed them when they gauranteed the sale of my time share weeks to offset the cost. The presentation lasted 5 hours and took away the relaxation and pleasure of the vacation.

Velas Vallarta - Rude and Obnoxious Presenter

We were accosted on the street by a young man who promised us two free tour packages for listening to a timeshare presentation for Velas Vallarta. "No pressure."

We went to the resort and were shown around by a very personable young woman, then the "big gun" came in. After sitting through his sales pitch and his price change initially from $45,000 down to $16,000 with many variations in what was offered. We consistently said,"NO" to each offer.
