I received a call from Jessica Sawyer at Vacation Properties Services telling me they had a seller for my time share.

I sent $700.00 and immediately felt nervous about it. I called back and said I had changed my mind and I did not want it processed. Of course, none will answer their phone or tell me exactly what needs to go in the certified letter so I can get my refund. Due to "security reasons", they would not even confirm the address I did have to send the letter.

I have sent a letter, but I can no longer speak to anyone....No return phone calls, no info, no nothing. When Jessica called me back (before she knew I had sent a letter), she said I did not need to send a letter, because I was within the 24 hour grace period.

My husband has tried calling....I just don't know what to do. I think legally, I should be able to do something within the 7 days/ I just do not know what to do...or who to report it to.
