I have been a worldmark by wyndham (trendwest) owner since the 90.s I had very good reviews w/customer service, mngrs etc thru the yrs until recent yrs my daughter was a victim of a violent crime where she was bruttly attacked and stabbed 5 times, from this I endured financial problems, my timeshare paymts became behind, I recently was involved in an auto accident in which the other driver was at fault, I was left with my new car totaled, lost my job, have brain injury, memory loss, now diabled, have to have surg on spinal cord, and again my time share has suffered due to the fault of others, I had called and reported my happinings to the loan serv dept, customer serv dept, etc, I have been yelled at hung up on, told we dont work that way, asked when are you going to make a pyment arrg, when the whole time I had been making pyments as much as I could, I am a single parent,, whose life had been turned upside down,,, I get nasty grams in the mail sometimes two at a time.

Even tho I have been making mo p[mts, and am current on my timeshare acct, my dues are behind because of the two events, I have endured rudeness , and people that wont listen but talk right over you when you are speaking, and they dont give a shit what happened to you,, dont buy trendwes, worldmark!!! I have been a owner for way too long, was treated well but now treated very badly!!!

I am under a drs care and am not suppose to have any high strress due to the severity of pain that increase in my neck and head,, and they have caused me to cry and have increased head pain.... warning,,, dont go there or buy!!!!!! god forbid if you have anything bad happen to you,,,I have not been able to use my time share for 3 yrs because of situation, and now they say I cant use it still because they suspended my acct, so I pay for something I cant use..
