Have been a owner for 4 years now, a VIP for over 1 year. Yes I was stupid twice.
Too long of a story to tell hear so I will just hit the high points of my experiance. Maintenance fee\'s up,up and up! The Point value to pay maintenance fee's is a flat joke.Point value for anything like cruises, airline tickets,etc. is an absolute RIPPOFF! There is a fee for everything I kidd you not!!! They even charge $8.00 to process any payments. Let me also tell you that VIP status "ain't squat" either. Of course I didnot find this out untill I lost my income level and got behind on my payments.
Wyndam does not have ANY usefull financial help but they will sure upgrade you into a bigger mess. There is no downgrade, buy back or resale help period!!! They donot care how long you have been with them, they are only worried about making the sale.
I am very angry about what they don"t tell you and how very complicated their system is. Did I mention FEE's for everything?

I have been talking to two companies to see if I can get out and both say I have a good case. Has anybody ever heard of Jim Faucett or no timeshare???
