In early September 2002 we exchanged our Marriott Desert Springs timeshare for the new Four Seasons Club Aviara resort in Carlsbad, CA (just north of San Diego). We were pleased to get this exchange, because we had been told how nice the resort was, and how it was impossible for "non-Four Seasons" owners to exchange there. The weather was great during our visit (as it always is on our vacations, except for those that are interuppted by hurricanes).

| Â The timeshare villas are housed in two-story buildings with eight or ten villas each. |

| Â Everything about the villas reflected a commitment to quality. The building materials and furnishings were top notch. |

| Â The kitchen was nicely equipped with built-in refrigerator, granite countertops, and every appliance and utensil we could imagine. |

| Â The master bath in our villa was very luxurious, and everything in it was of the highest quality. |
