Resales Buy Owner - Rip offs (RSBO)

I was contacted by a resales company to sell my timeshare. They wanted 899.00 upfront to sell I told them I didn't have that much money so they dropped it to 400.00, I agreed.

About a week later I got a called from the manager stating she would make lots of money for us with our getaways. Well another 3600.00 later and I felt it was a scam. I contacted my Credit card co and now fighting it I have never gotten a call from this Company they told me they had a buyer when they called for the money. Do not deal with Resales buy owner and if you have had any dealing with them please e-mail me, I have information for you.

I too have had a problem with them. I have invested $500 for selling the timeshare and $3200 for the getaway weekends. What other info do you have?

If you have been ripped off by this company, Please contact the florida attorney Gernerals office ASAP, there is a lawsuit against the company. You can go to www.myfloridalegal.com and get all the information to file the complaint. Get your money back, they are nothing but scammers and many others have been taken for lots of money.

I know of alot of people that have been ripped off by this company, you need to go on line and file a complaint with the florida attorney generals office asap, The AG filed a complaint against them. I have contacted numerous consumers to make sure they also did the same. When did you give them money? And make sure you save any e-mails ect. Remember dates and conversations. We need to shut this company down, and any company that ask for up front fees. And the cost that they charge just to advertise on line is nuts.

Investment Unlimited out of Richardson TX . 1499.00 down the drian they called us and said that the resort company asked them to call because they had a buyer for our timeshare so the upfront fee 1499.00 they said that after 3 months if the buyer does not buy the property we will get the money back.. HA HA
