The sunset group and RCI are a bunch of criminals. do not deal with them. all they do is take your money and do not render services properly.

When you deal with the sunset group and rci, it is like flushing your money down the toliet. do not send them any money. They do not properly disclose the exchange program and your best interest is not on their mind. They are a bunch of clowns who can not get anything right! How much money do you think the people across from you are paying?

We just purchased a "timeshare" at TreRios last week. All these complaints are scaring the hell out of me. I would like to hear from anyone who can give me details on what went wrong for them. ASAP please, thanks.

I bought one too and am scared but Dallas and Rafa are in daily contact with us and answering our concerns. I am starting to think it has alot to do with what you are looking for out of the use of the resort. We want to be there full time in a few years in one of the houses and will share our weeks with family and dont need to sell them. I think that maybe where people are getting freaked out...having to sell their weeks to pay for them. Please contact me and keep me informed as to what you experience.
