Another sucker!

I made arrangements last month while at El Cid Marina, Mazatlan with Alfonso Velazquez to exchange my two fixed weeks in New Orleans with Blue Green Resorts. He assured me there would be NO out-of-pocket expense, and that no charge would appear on a new RCI Visa until the funds from my timeshare were given to me on June 1, 2011, after which I would pay El Cid, by June 30.

I was shocked to find a $10,000 charge due now on my new card. In addition, I got a bill for transferring title, something I had been told I would not have to pay. Alfonzo has not responded to my multiple phone calls and emails on this matter.
