Playa Grande Solmar - Deposit Scam

Every year once we have consistently paid our fees and requested deposit to RCI and Solmar has either overlooked or refused our requests. 

RCI has been nothing but helpful; however, has indicated only Playa Grande / Solmar can deposit weeks to RCI for this resort.

I have either called, emailed This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or written in EVERY YEAR once fees have been paid to have all weeks deposited and SOLMAR has screwed us -- I have requested they fix their mistakes and deposit our weeks + reported to the BBB complaint #8856767.

The same thing happened to me.
I was not able to deposit my week. RCI says they can not deposit Playa Grande 's week.
What should I do?

That really sucks. Luckily we've never banked so I've not been in that situation. I am at the resort now. We received a letter from Hector under our door and met with him and his supervisor Nieto who are really just time share salesmen. I liked Hector, who was brought up in the states and has come back to Mexico to work...anyways...maybe he can help direct you ? He's a rookie but he has a supervisor. ...and they have a supervisor.......Cell phone. 0115216243553246
