I have owned at this timeshare for many years. It used to be a very pleasant place to vacation but just in the past few years the staff has started running the place like a prison instead of a resort where people go to get away and have fun!

After buying into the Royal Floridian in 2002 for a certain mount of points I was notified 6 months later my points had been reduced by 20000 points.

We purchased a time share in Oct. 2008The people totally mis represented the sale. We found out after several months we had bought an ever other year time share, instead of every year.
