I am writing to complaint about this company because uses false, unfair, fraudulent and misleading high-pressure sales tactics to consumers to induce into a contract by false and fraudulent representations.

We were at the Oasis Cancun and fell prey to the Royal- Holiday scam. We tried to cancel immediately. I will not travel to Mexico since the government there tolerates this activity. And they wonder why tourism is down.

We purchased a trial membership and received 15 certificates that would be good for many years. We used one in 2008 and when we tried to use another one 2009 we were told that they refunded our money on our credit card.

During our honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico we were like everybody else practially harrassed into attending a seminar for Royal Holiday. After 3 hours of going back and forth, we finally believed we were getting something worth while.

While on vacation, Nov. 2006, in Puerto Vallerto, MX Royal Holiday (RH)/Travel Experience sold us a timeshare at the Los Tules Resort presentation. We told Marvin Meyer, the salesman there was no way we could afford another timeshare. He called over Axel Castellano who proceeded to say what if I can give you a guarantee to purchase your timeshare if you will buy 30,000 points. When he showed us the guarantee from International Leisure Group (ILG) we agreed as long as this was the truth. Now, we know it wasn't the truth. We were also charged more for our points than I've seen others paid.
