Wyndham Representatives - Liars

Absolutely - Representatives claim to be looking out for your best interests. After being timeshare owners for 20 years, we were deceived in a recent transaction. The representative made a clear sales pitch for Presidential Reserve assuring us that our payment would only increase $200...well when we received our first statement - $1100 increase. Contacted Wyndham - were told it was our word against his.

Corporate Golf Adventures - trying to scam me?

This is a typical timeshare scam. The company called me to purchase my timeshare. After saying that I would NOT have to pay any money upfront, we signed a sales agreement - then they wanted me to pay for Mexican taxes upfront ($2256) or they threatened me to charge 12% of the purchase price as a cancellation fee. they said the money is in a non reimbursable account and the amount transferred cannot be changed to the full purchase price minus the taxes.

Brownstone Enterprises Group timeshare upfront fee

Brownstone Enterprises group in Houston Texas contacted me about renting or selling our timeshare in Puerto Vallarta. When I received the contract by email, I asked the sales person, Steven Diaz, if we had to pay anything upfront. He was very vague in his answers.
