Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach - Lies II

Husband & I purchased a 1 week, bi annual jr suite along with 4 Bonus Weeks per year. Bonus Weeks were promised at these prices @ any affiliated resort in Mexico & US: Per night...$50 for Jr Suite, $75 for 1 Bdrm, $100 for 2 Bdrm.

Our salesman Mark Schaub guaranteed we would get the Bonus Weeks and be able to use PB's rental program to rent out our timeshare and make a profit. Our plan was never to stay at PB Sunset Resort, but to rent it & use our Bonus Weeks. Pueblo Bonito will not recognize these prices or Bonus Weeks. We have been in contact with them regarding this immediately upon our purchase.Karina Nunez at their customer service desk just keeps telling me I can get unlimited weeks thru Pueblo Bonito Premier, but they are not even close to those prices or those accomadations. She will not put me into contact with a supervisor either. Mark Schaub lied to us and it seems Karina Nunez and Pueblo Bonitos customer service is aware that their sales people lie. I want people to know about their deceitful tactics and I'd like to do something to get this resolved.

The ceo of pubelo bonito is
Ernesto Coppel,
perhaps we should send him email and let him know of the scam his company has been doing to other people.

If u r still within the 5 days period you can have your contract rescinded and get a refund...u need to send a certified letter requesting cancellation. As for mr, Ramirez, he nevers return calls, emails, letters,,,,usel ess,,, we have not gotten any refunds nor confirmation of our cancellation,.. .I wish you luck,,,,they are thieves...

As long as you are within the 5 days, you should be able to cancel. What we did was send an email to Mr. Ramirez (), cc. PROFECO, sent a registered mail with the cancellation letter through USPS (3days delivery guaranteed). According to Mexican law, we have 5 business days. Good luck.

Hi, thank you for all your advice. Today, we finally got our contract cancelled.
I do hope all the other would also get a refund.
