Subject: Mar3 2009 Company stole my money and will not return it to me.

On Jan 22 2009 , I talked to Mattew Hebb, salesperson license # TP4994 at Executive TimeshareMarketing Inc.,3860 W. Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale Florida 33309, phone (877) 656-3569, Fax (954) 676-5340, company ID: 92012085. Florida state Commercial State License # TC 3230

In our discussions he said he would guarantee to sell my two timeshares for the prices mentioned within one year, or my money would be totally refunded.

He said he would send me a contract ,and I asked would this guarantee be in writing? He said yes. The contracts arrived that night without this guarantee.

I phoned them that same day and they said they would not put this guarantee in the contract. I told them that I would not sign this contract and wanted to cancel my verbal agreement because they are not putting in the contract the guarantee that Mattew Hebb said he would.

Mattew Hebb also quoted to me , a condition written in the contract " I also understand that, according to Florida State Statute 501.615. I may, within three (3) business days of receipt of the contract or Credit Card authorization to cancel this agreement by giving notice in writing, postmarked within the time stated above and received by Executive Timeshare Marketing Inc."

In addition to the verbal cancellation, the next morning Jan 23 2009 I sent an E-mail to them saying that I do not accept this contract.and will not sign it.

See attachment above.

I have sent numerous e-mails and phoned many times, they still have not returned my $ 1323 US to my credit card.

Please advise what my next steps can be. I would like to get some legal aide to help me.

PS, I thought something was funny when Mattew Hebb kept trying to me how reputable and honest they were by quoting the Better Business Bureau reports and the Florida State Statute 501.615

TIMESHARE RESALE

I worked for this company for 2 weeks and it was a %100 scam. The company was owned by Jason Wall aka Jurgen Wall Husband of Lina Wall. Jason encuraged his sales reps to make false promises "anything to get the sale" as this company never sold or rented 1 single timeshare. This company folded and merged with Timeshare Travels which is the same scam under a different name. The majority of the sales reps were also never paid including myself. This does make me a so-called-disgr untled-ex-emplo yee but everything I am saying is true. When the 2 companies merged noone ever told the thousands of timeshare owners listed on his site any of this-they were just forgotten. Jason also used his possition of power there to have sexual relations with several of the young female employees there and his wife is unaware of this. If you feel you have been ripped off by Jason Wall aka Jurgen Wall then call the FBI and complain at 305-944-9101. If enough people complain then something will be done. If you want to make it a little more personal then his home address is 22206 Bell Lago Dr Unit 1502 Boca Raton, Fl 33433. He drives a sleek silver Nissan. The number for timeshare travels is 561) 393-5071. If you want to know more then email me at broward7175 AT hotmail.com

I sent $1,300.00 to Executive Timeshare Marketing with a guarantee to sell it within a few months for a great price. I paid for the sale of points in one timeshare and for a timeshare in Lake Tahoe Nevada. I never heard from them again. When I would call they would give me the runaround. One of my timeshares was never listed at all on the website. I called continuosly to no avail. But hear this, had I paid more attention the first letter came from a Carleton Corner hmmm, sounds made up to me. The guy does not exist. In addition, they said a former police officer owned the company and how could he be dishonest. I am on disability and now am looking at losing one of the timeshares because I cannot pay the dues. These people need to be brought to Justice. Can you help me?

I too had an offer, but I'd been through 2 other similar situations... adding up over the span of 2 years to $1,600. I still have my timeshare. I would call your credit card and let them know that this is charge is in dispute. Ask them if they would like back up information for their files. Definitely find out the Commerce or Commission Board that these folks report to and make a call to them in Florida. This way of handling Timeshare sales has got to stop! I really don't know why the industry started with being able to charge up front fees and not take commissions upon the sale. I really wish the regulations would change and make it unlawful to charge upfront fees. Mona Lawton
