Bluegreen - Timeshare buy back

For all of you like myself who bought a timeshare from Bluegreen and was told that they would buy it back if you were unhappy and now you find that what they told you was a lie, I have found a lawyer willing to file a class action suite against Bluegreen. You can contact me with your name, email, etc information and a brief history of your experience with Bluegreen and I will forward the information to you on how to get this process going. It is about time these people are held accountable. I am now retired and have had my membership for six years. I have never been able to use it. I am banned now because I refuse to pay my maintenance fee. Contact me at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to get this going. If we can get ten or so persons, that is all my lawyer sais he needs to get started.

Please contact me.

The best thing you can do is to cancel your timeshare contract. There is no resale market for timeshares; you can find timeshares on eBay even for pennies. I recommend you to read an article with good information about this: http://www.timesharescam.com/blog/206-how-to-get-out-of-a-timeshare/

I would gladly sell my Bluegreen timeshare. I still owe on it though. Would be willing to work something out if you are interested. I have been unable to use it. It never works out for the times and places we want to go. I am up on payments and maintenance fees. I have 12000 points yearly.
