So on July 31, 2009, my family went to stay at a resort in Florida. We stayed at a friend\'s 3BD and 3Bath room. It was quite nice, and we thought we could use one, too.

So about half way into the week, we were called by a salesperson that if we were interested in the resort he would show us an open house. We went through it, and it looked pretty good. It was even by the lake. We went up to the office and were greeted nicely. We were smooth talked in about all the benefits and rewards, but forgot to ask about the regulations and restrictions. As we hurried to sign our first timeshare, we had to do a closing for the timeshare. We in fact did buy straight from the developer, and a lot of papers had to be signed. Because of time constraint and we had to hurry to go to Disney Hollywood's Studio, we quickly skimmed through the agreements.
