You can probably trust them, if what they offer makes sense and as long as:

- They do not want your credit card info or any other important info.

- They don’t ask for money up-front (they can take their commission after is sold or transferred, how ever they call it).

- There is an escrow company, of YOUR preference, very important that YOU select the escrow company (if is a sale)

- You can trust the escrow company and they (the escrow company) do not charge money upfront either.
