Royal Holiday - Scammed

We purchased a trial membership and received 15 certificates that would be good for many years. We used one in 2008 and when we tried to use another one 2009 we were told that they refunded our money on our credit card.

After many months and writing to the BBB they called us and promised to send us our money in 2weeks if we agree to the mutual relase they sent us. Well it has been over 1 month, and they haven't sent us our money back and they have stopped taking our phone calls. PLease beware that Royal Holiday Club is not to be trusted.
