Since Shell Corp bought into the resort our fees have doubled to over$1,100. a year would like to join with other owners to file a suit.

I have been very surprised by the excessive fees. I can't be sure if we doubled, but they are unacceptably high.

They constantly go up, with no other benefits. It's funny, this year the letter from the board said they went down, and our bill is 35 dollars higher than last year. A major load of B.S.
