Sierra Resorts Scam

Unfortunately I am in the same boat as Jay. All circumstances are the same with the exception of names. My week(s) are in Mexico. If anyone is interested I would like to try to retrieve our money. I'm not sure how to proceed but will certainly look into it. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.
