I have been an owner for about 5yr and every year we are told the same thing. It doest matter when you call it is never the right time for them. you are on hold for ever and when you finally speak to someone they are rude and tell you its not your time to reserve to call back 60 days before your week to reserve it. I have lost several weeks because of this. When we finally make a reservation Calyspo charges you several fees. there is a reservation fee, booking out of your week fee. cancelation fee . you name it they will charge you extra for it. customer service is horrible. last year i had such a bad experience I was in tears and had to contact a manager because I was treated so poorly. I hate this resort. it cost me more and more money every year, Diana
