THIS EXACT THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME I EVEN DID MY RESEARCH WITH THE B.B.B. BEFORE DOING ANYTHING NOT WHEN YOU LOOK IT UP IN OCTOBER 2010 THEY HAD THERE FIRST COMPLAINT. I WISH THAT I DID NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP. I WAS WORKING WITH KRISTIN JOHNSON, KIM HART AND GREG DANILES. I HAD MULTIPLE PHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH ALL THERE OF THESE PEOPLE BEFORE GOING FORWARD. THE NUMBERS I HAD WERE 18665162xxx AND 18005307xxx. BOTH NUMBERS ARE BOTH BUSY ALL DAY AND NIGHT. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE THESE PEOPLE IN JAIL ALSO.

We were hit bad by Sierra. First we paid a $1033 registration fee for listing and selling our weeks; no weeks were ever sold. When approached about selling our timeshare we paid a $1795 sellers fee in Apr 2010 (to be reimbursed) and $1033 for taxes in Sep 2010. Like others we had not received the payout and are unable to reach anyone at Sierra. Not sure there is any recourse at this point.
