They promised us the same crap and we are stuck, Worst part is they also talked us into upgrading - told us that the points we already bought were worthless unless we added to them.

Now they want $800.00 a month maintenance fees. Plus we are still paying on it. WE HAVE NEVER USED IT - NOT ONCE! How many others are out there stuck in this same situation?
