I was contacted by ACM by a man named Ales. he reported to me that he had a buyer of my time share that i own in Mexico. the deal took a while and his manager took over "Victor" who said he wanted to help things move along. they want you to sign a contract saying that you will need to pay a US title company (legacy Closing Service) the taxes and closing fees.

After he thought i singed the contract he pushed me hard in sending the fees (which was not to a US company but one in Mexico). When i told him i wanted to deliver the money in person he warned me against it. then when i told him i thought he was a scam...he got upset and threatened to sue me.

THIS IS SUCH A SCAM AND LEGACY CLOSING SERVICE IS IN ON IT.

Stay away from Legacy Closing Services, verified by Nashville Patrol officer, this address is a scam, the address on their letter head doesn't exist.

We are also having the Oklahoma City Patrol check on Accent Event Management as we haven't been able to reach them in over a week either. Will give report when they call back.

Also, the phone number for the JP Morgan Bank on the wire transers has been disconnected, this has all been reported to the FBI.

Both of the police departments OK and TN have verified these places are a scam. I would encourage all of you who got taken to contact the FBI and open a case. International Banking regulations may have also been broken.
