Worldmark - They can't get away with this!!!

We bought our travelshare when we were in Vegas for our 1 year anniversary.. we explained we didn't book vacations way in advance, but what do ya know.. with Worldmark you can book last minute and go wherever you want.. LIES! tell me why we can't go anywhere until late next year sometime!! we have talked to a lawyer, and he told us that we signed something saying that they are not responsible for what the sales person tells us.. how is this legal? Has anyone figured out how to get the heck away from this company without losing too much money?
