Same thing happened to us, only when they sent us the forms they included one week not four like we agreed to.....scammed
But we still liked resort when we go.

Bought from Starpoints at Jockey Club..enjoyed the accomodations and have since travelled to GeoHoliday's Costa Rica Resort. The package has been everything I hoped it would be.
