Fraud Watch out for Promotora Sunset Beach Clubs, SA de CV (Sunset Group)

Don't ever ever go to the 90 min timeshare presentation from Promotora Sunset Beach Clubs, SA de CV (Sunset Group) in Cancun. They kept me there for nine hours! They put charges thru my credit card when I asked them not to. Then they told me that if I wanted to cancel they can easily reverse the charge. I demanded them to cancel the next morning. After another three hours of arm twisting they signed the cancellation paper and 'credited' my credit card.

To my dismay when I checked my credit card account activity after I returned from Cancun five days later there is no refund!!! The charge was there but the refund is nowhere to be found!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
