They keep asking for higher and higher fees. Now they're daring to add on 'Special Assessment' fees. I don't intend to pay any more money. Every time I tried to book a vacation, I was told that the week "wasn't available". Now, my funds are no longer available to them. My investment is FOR SALE!

My latest attempt to book a vacation was constantly met with 'this resort is not available at the time you want to go'. After a while, I gave up.

I'm also fed up with the 'mandatory' meal plans that you are forced to agree with before you can book.

I would never recommend Royal Holiday Vacations to anyone -- EVER!!

Hi. Please email me your email address. I want to find out more on how to get my contract cancelled. Royal Holiday Club is such a blood sucker.

Thanks.

Hi Amy

Look into your contract package at the page of "right of cancellation" sign, date, and fax it back to them. You still have time until Jan 3, 2011(tomorrow) at midnight. Then the title company will pay you back all your deposit.

Good Luck!

Hey Tony-
Could you please email me more information on how you got out of your contract? We tried to get out of our contract within 30 days of signing and Wyndahm said that we only had 10 days to Opt out. Our Wyndam Timeshare is a HUGE dissapointment! To echo what someone else said, there are never places available when I want them and All Inclusive Resorts charge you the same as setting up a stay through the actual resort. You can see this by just clicking on the resorts website.
I bought my timeshare in the Northern VA area and the sales representatives were terrible after we bought it. They(Ryan Morley) promised all these extras that we never received. When we called and complained they promised they would find us a place for the holidays. Only to never hear back, in fact they say our sales representative(George Rathmore) quit. Hopefully, he saw how shady it was. Seriously the biggest scam ever!!

I just bought it by mistake and they told me that I can cancel it in 10 days but later on the phone they said 7 days. When I called them it was around 9 days.

I attempted to cancel it due to their fraudulent practices and was able to cancel it after 6 months via around a dozen of lettering.

I later got all money back.

Do you still need it to cancel?

If you were the victim of misrepresentation when buying your timeshare, you can force the resort to let you out and refund your money. Visit my site at www.timesharetricks.blogspot.com and email me at
