We have paid up front twice to try to sell our Cliffs Resort timeshare and were taken both times.

When I called Time Shares only they told me that they wouldn't contact us unless they sold our property.

That has been about 4 years ago. No call.

Finally, after two years of signing up with these people, they call me and told me that some japanese guy wanted to rent my week at Miami beach. The issue was that they couldn't pay US$4000= but US$3000. I agreed. Later, the lady from timeshares call me and told me that the offer was rejected and ask me how much was my payment for the taxes. I asked her US$1000 and then she offered to rent my property for that amount of money? WHAT? I will pay for the taxes and maintanance and you will get the profit!! yeah right. .. They already got the US$600 dollars for asvertisment and actually want more!!
