Playa Del Sol Grand - Still Ripping Off!!!

I have been trying to get a full refund for a purchase I made in January 2008 based on a host of lies and more. After 3 sessions with PROFECO I am still $10,000 short of a refund. Any suggestion at this point???

Are there class action suits out there against Playa Del Sol? I would be interested. I am currently going through Profeco now...

I, too, am interested in any class action suits going on. This company needs to take responsibilites for their lies.
